Lilly Lewarne are proud to announce that Trevithick View, Camborne has come top of its category and won the title of ‘Residential Project of the year 41 units and over’ in The Michelmores and Western Morning News property Awards.
Lilly Lewarne have been working tirelessly on this development since as far back as 2002 assisting and debating with the local Authority, the Princes Trust Foundation and CABE to name but a few. In more recent years Lilly Lewarne worked closely with Housing association; Coastline, engineers; CASE, Contractors; Mansell Housing Partnership and project Managers; Norman Rourke Pryme who managed the development. The overall aim was to design housing in Camborne that looked to its heritage to inspire its future. The Michelmores and Western Morning News Property Awards are the regions premier property competition, showcasing the very best in West Country property projects, buildings and people.
