After obtaining planning permission for a new split level, four-bed home in 2015, the construction works have now completed on a previously vacant site in Perranarworthal. Responding to the naturally sloping topography, this sensitive new dwelling nestles in to the surrounding landscape and treeline, creating spacious and private garden / patio areas. Lilly Lewarne are pleased to announce the completion of the Former Public Rooms building, Trevenson Street, Camborne. This is a landmark building facing onto Trevenson street and was part of a wider mixed use scheme on the old Holmans No.3 works site. Lilly Lewarne worked closely with the client and the local Authorities to bring the building from the verge of dereliction back to its former glory.
