Redruth Urban Village

This is the second phase of the Redruth Urban Village project comprising of over a hundred new dwellings. Designed in conjunction with the Princes Foundation, the development provides much needed housing within a stone’s throw of Redruth town centre.

The scheme mirrored RUV Phase 1 stylistically, but further developed the aesthetic to suit the more open part of the overall site surrounding the old Redruth Miners’ and Womens’ hospital buildings, which were also refurbished and converted into flats, offices and live/work units as an associated part of the Phase 2 project.
