The Poltisco Wharf Development consists of six, four storey high luxury town houses and the conversion of the HTP warehouse building to form 9 apartments. Each house has approximately 2800 sq feet of accommodation consisting generally of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, dining room kitchen, study and garage.
