Arundell Place, Truro

Formerly used as a nursery garden, the site was acquired by Rosemullion Homes with the benefit of an Outline Planning Consent. Obtaining detailed consent was an intricate process, including solving a complex historic pedestrian access problem which had deterred development of the site for many years. Rosemullion Homes provided a clear and informed brief which centred on the heritage style they wanted to evolve as a brand. The scheme comprises sixteen unique detached properties and won Best Housing Category of its year in the Cornwall Architectural Awards.
