This block of 14 luxury apartments was constructed on a vacant site adjacent to an hotel in the popular area of Pentire in Newquay. The apartments’ main aspect creates uninterrupted views across Fistral Beach. The main entrance to the building is from the North but the site layout has been designed in such a way as to provide private communal gardens to the South.
