Lilly Lewarne Architects were commissioned to submit new proposals based on residential use by Rowe Property Developments, that retained and respected what remained of a Georgian House and its landscape setting while replacing the mass of later Victorian development, constituting around 70% of the existing buildings, with a subtler and more fitting contemporary extension.
